Barcelona 2017 – walking with Ricoh GR1s and Fujifilm Velvia 100F – part i

i found right now that i have already 13 posts about my visits to “Barcelona”, mostly BW, some in color, partially taken on Horizon 202 film panoramic camera and mainly captured with my everyday digital shooter 5dmkii – very old but lovely and faithful. Today i’m starting the new series about my walks in Barcelona but this time from point of view another film camera – Ricoh GR1s. during my last trip there i exposed two expired in 2005 rolls of Fujifilm Velvia 100F and it turned out very well for it’s age – a little bit grainy for ISO100, too purple and there is unexpected and unexplained (probably i think that there is an explain) red path on the right path of many frames. But, is not that what we are looking for when we put our hands to this old (second-third-fourth hand) gear and sometimes very old rolls of film ? exactly !!

enjoy the first group of images and be prepared for more 3 posts – one of them will be about umbrellas, the last day was a slightly rainy, so, many people used umbrellas to self themselves from the weak rain and a warm raindrops. i found funny to became a little bit wet but less clumsy with umbrella in one hand.

some words about this specific moment i took when i was on my way to port. As you can see the police
patrol just frightened these illegal sellers and they move all together to the different location to sell
  their goodies.
