  1. Are you reading my mind, or am I reading yours? I go to a lot of nighttime outdoor concerts and was just thinking I’d like to take photos. I like them all but espeically the closeup of the mixing board.

    1. i only dream to read some minds 🙂
there is something special in the nighttime concerts – this communication of high energy and beautiful low or back light !
thank you for taking a look and so kind words Sharon !

  2. You captured the high energy of these concerts in an outstanding way, Victor! I feel I have to pick up my camera and take some rolls of film with me when I go to the next concert… 😉

    1. Thank you Juergen ! this week i tried for the first time to stay only with Ricoh GR film camera during the live show of “The Grate machine” in one of Telaviv’s pubs. not sure what i’ll get after developing 🙂

  3. Fantastic concert and stage work!! I took concert photos for a magazine a few years back, it was my first experience, and I wasn’t easy! So I can really appreciate this.

    1. Its a challenge for me to be with one or two prime lenses and to take a few talking well moments. Its my dream to shoot stage or behind the scenes for movies for some magazine but no one want this cos everyone is photographer today with these new, doing everything by theyself cameras ;-))) i hope one day i will find some magazine or some magazine will find me ;-))))

      1. It’s true what you say Victor. The technology makes it so easy, that’s why there’s no glory in this today. But I can say without a doubt, your images are magazine quality work!

  4. By the way, don’t feel too bad because these days a lot of magazine editors are bypassing photographers altogether and getting the shots themselves with the, as you said, “everything by thyself” cameras!

    1. I see ! My brother is movie editor, more right colorist. He said that many film directors and operators are trying to make all at home and bypassing profeccional editors. You can understand how these movies look at the end of process.

      1. They forget that there is an art and skill to this, and the compositions that the do it yourself cameras can’t see. I certainly can imagine the end product 🙂

  5. Again a joy to watch your onstage exhibits. Please, let me give you a tip for a more comfort presentation all this photos. I use the “jQuery Lightbox For Native Galleries” Plugin for all my sites. You can organize your galleries in one row big pictures or in multi row tiles. The comfort for the viewer is, the lightbox opens in variable huge and has control buttons under the pictures. I have nothing to do with the developer of this plugin, but i have tested many viewer include jetpacks “carussel” and i always came back to this simple lightbox viewer. It´s just a tip 🙂

  6. Victor ~ Incredible work here ! The shots you have taken are from unique perspectives ! Yes, these are definitely of magazine quality . Have you tried online magazines. Most magazines that are specializing in these areas now are online . I look at the App Issues all of the time to see Olga Van Zanne’s work . I have seen her feature Lena once. I still love your books I ordered from Redbubble . My friends often comment on them. You have such a unique style if you do not find an outlet to show your work soon , some one WILL FIND YOU !
