Jerusalem – Mahane Yehuda market beautiful madness (part ii).

Hello everyone! A few days ago I started planning and preparing my next blog post, but the reality was too harsh, so I postponed it. The long-awaited weekend turned into a real nightmare. I just hope that all this craziness will ends very soon.

For this post i have decided to use the photographs from my archives, that aren’t too far in time from today, but which are already turned a “historical” for me 🙂 Recently i worked on my photography archives with the the aim of tidying and organizing them. I found tons of interesting stuff. Photographs from streets, from events and walks in nature.

For more real street life photographs cheבk the “Related” links to my previous blog posts or you also can go with the link.

Finally, a few words about the very popular today topic – AI and all things related to it. Some are asking me why i don’t use AI tools for my photography or more often trying to show me their Art that looks like photographs, created with whatever AI. Personally, i have nothing connecting me to this kind of activity. I love my cameras, their mechanical clicks, the moments of seeing and catching, the joy of connection with people through the photography, even the street strangers mostly don’t know about this connection, when my snaps remain unnoticed, and the photographed moments remain candid. And if one day, somehow, i lose the ability or possibility of using the real cameras for this joy, i will abandon this “business” forever.

  1. Aww I love them all. I felt like I was there walking and syaing Hi Shalome to people.
So real RAW photo made by passion who loves enjoy shooting each moment.
AI is honestly creepy :):) Okay Shhh I do not like judging people so Shhhh .. Please stay safe Victor.

  2. I’m ashamed to admit: I thought of you the other day and meant to reach out to see if you were still doing okay… and then, I got busy with work and forgot to do so. I, too, hope the madness ends soon; and I’m glad you’re doing okay. Forgive me, my friend.

As always, your photos are great. I appreciate the normalcy in them.

    1. Thank you very much Matt. Its really ok, we are all very busy with daily life whatever the situation. Sometimes when the situation is turning to the extreme way, we find a time to stop and to think about how life is crazy busy and running fast.
I hope to return to the more regular posts publishing temp. Thank you for the kind words 😉

  3. Wonderful street photography.

I agree with Naomi’s comment above. AI creeps me out too.
Why on earth would anyone use AI and call it photography (or art of any kind). Nothing beats the joy of going out on a nature walk and capturing our (once beautiful) planet. I’ve got to the stage of hardly believing anything on YouTube due to AI.

Sure, I tweak my photos a bit to show more realistic colours and flowers/birds, but that’s because I’m extremely short-sighted and can’t quite see through the viewfinder any ore (on a glaringly sunny day for example).

Glad to hear you’re OK too. I can’t quite believe the carnage happening on your side of the world today. Sheer madness is an understatement..

    1. Hi Vicki..Thank you for the kind words. Hope to post more often especially because i have a lot of materials and stuff to post and to share
I’m strongly connecting with your words about AI. Sure everyone can find some good use for it but sure, photography and AI – there is nothing in common..

  4. I love your photos full of life. I’m happy you’re fine and I hope that everybody stop this crazy situation now and returns the daily and beautiful simple way of life that you reflect in your wonderful pictures. Regards Victor.
