Athens 2025 – My heart remained there – part ii.
Today i continue with my posts from the recent trip to Athens. This time i will talk less, even i have a few interesting themes to talk about, but seems like I’ll do it next time.

If you haven’t done it yet – please check my recently made photo slide show. These photographs of my good friend Nomi i photographed with both Ricoh GRii and the 15 years old old work-horse Canon 5d mkii cameras during the night session in the white dunes. Naomi is amazing Fire Art artist. take a look and preferably on large monitors, please.
And, additionally, my last photozine “Isolated in 2020″” is still available on the Blurb store. I photographed the images in the far 2020, during the second (or third) massive isolation due to the only known by our government methods to combat the pandemic. It was a Holidays time and our offices were closed, so the only thing I had to do was staying at home and walking around my village and taking images.

Every shot speaks ! As i am cat lovers I enjoy that cat bowls on the street . Then that building window strikes me up . All great Victor 💯💯💯
Thank you Naomi, your eyes so good to find this small cat inside the old car ;-). Hope that everything is going better
💪 yes i will . Thank you!
Love this collection. I’ve not done much in black and white and I’m interested in how you build this eye for contrast that is needed for this type of work.
Thank you Kyle for the kind words. I’m photographing mostly BW so this kind of the zone’s arithmetic is already automatic. I always prefer to have a bigger difference between the darker and the bright part of the composed scene. When the day is too dull, i compensate in my head to the darker side. Sure prefer bright sunny days or night scenes with the artificial available light.
Great series again Victor, I especially like the chap in a hat in front of the columns. You made the most of Athens!
Thank you very much Fraggle 😉
Always love to see your world through your eyes, Victor.
Thank you Matt !
Fabulous mages Victor.
Thank you Brian !
