The series of 10 – my unpublished images – part i.

I just went through my Lightroom catalog of the images taken with Ricoh Grii in 2018, when i only purchased it and started to use this pocket monster for my everyday photo-notes everywhere. From the very beginning the lack of the regular slr-style optical viewfinder confused me, but vety quickly (i really surprised myself) i got used to compose with the camera display and really loved this ability to be closer to 70 centimetersto my subject – feels like a great deal.

With these 10 images I would like to start my next weekly series of the images already reviewed and edited but remained unpublished. Taken in different places, focused on the different locations and weather conditions – the only two things do connect these images – the camera I use and the black and white tones of the images and the taken moments.

Most of my images published on this site are available for online purchase as a photographic prints in different high-quality finishing.

  1. Amazing shots by shots.. You have been taught me about the shot with shadows and lighting PLUS many ..

  2. I’ve undergone the same transition from viewfinder to screen shooting when I got my Fuji. it’s totally different type of shooting and I’ve discovered that I seem more invisible when composing on screen.
Great series Victor. Can feel the the city vibes, first and last images are the stand outs for me!

    1. Thank you Yuri. These exactly images i choose because of the big screen and a better ability to see both – the whole image and the small details. Its very similar to look on the image print. These small phones displays absolutely changed our perception and ability to see these small details.
