Quarantine in the village – just a one-time essay in color.

A few days ago i started this theme with the first black and white part of the essay “Quarantine in the village” Thank you to all you, friends for the kind words and very nice feedback. there can be no better support than this.

I would like to continue today, but this time with not too common for me colors. Believe me, I thought several times to delete these images or just to convert them to BW as usual, I do. And a few of them will look absolutely great in black and white tones, but I took all this with the goal to use them as-is and to bring some more happiness (really??) to all the craziness around.

These days I’m enjoying to follow some great photographers, documenting their COVID isolation days with interesting photoblogs – some with words and some with only talking photographs:

Well, now some colors of the isolation.

  1. Absolutely you brought me happiness 😆🌎 I see bit weird to see you in colors but always interesting at the end to see the differences !!

  2. Love your colours Victor. I must say it’s unusual seeing your colour work but something inside told you to leave them like that and I can feel the optimism and dealing with reality in positive way through those images. Also, many thanks for the mention!

    1. Thank you Yuri. as usual i ignore them already during the shooting process. this time i just wanted some small series and the pastoral rural scenes are great for this :-).
we have to stay optimistic cos this corona madness is not the most worth thing that is happening these days but it got the all scene and but a big shadow on the wars, political deals and all the dirt that is still with us but already not in the breaking news.

    1. thank you Christine. to me too very umusual and i just keep myself to not delete this post 😉
