Agfa APX 100 expired in 1995 film and Stylophone Theremin.

 

I published my previous post just a few days ago and received very emotional feedbacks both in the comments and on social media where i shared the link. I was happy to find the theme has found wide interest. As i said, i will continue this topic in my future posts. Thanks to everyone who found a few words to write in the comments. I always respond to every single, even containing one single word comment. Sometimes my answers supplement the text of the posts themselves with additions that I did not include in the post itself. Everything is just right timing and mood. Very often I don’t have the patience to finish my posts by embodying all the ideas I want to develop, and I prefer to finish them faster and easier. So, i continue my texts in the comments 🙂

Today’s post will be thinner in terms of philosophy, I dedicate it exclusively to photography, without demagogy and complex technical details. All the images taken with Yashica T2 camera on AGFA APX 100 expired in 1995.

Additionally to photography, one of my recently hot interests grew into experimental music which I’m trying to create with less known analog Stylophone synthesizers. Right now i have two of these – the Stylophone Gen X-1 and recently received as a gift from my family Stylophone Theremin. From the first days of playing with Theremin, i started putting a short videos with the ideas to my YT channel. Here is one of the latest videos with combination of both Gen X-1 and Theremin performing together:

 

I will find plenty of the antiquate stuff in todays post. The ancient cars, the film and the camera from 90th, the analog synthesizers. As long as the AI ​​keeps rushing forward, I definitely need a serious countermeasure to stay sane. Next time we’ll talk about an additional musical instrument that I play every day.
