The world is crazy – the world is lost.

You can call me a pessimist and a hysterical person, I don’t mind. Even during the tight and bloated by the corrupted media days, when they screamed from the TV screens the growing numbers of already dead and their crazy predictions about not surviving percents of our civilization, I stayed cool and calm, never stayed stuck at home, and ignored alcogel

But happening now is really upset me more than never. From one side – most of the country just forget the terrible 2020 – as if on command – yesterday there was a virus, where positive tests, seriously ill, massive deaths. But in one day everything has gone. Don’t get me wrong, I’m really happy that we have done this without the predicted “humanity end”. But I less happy to feel that we lost our freedom of logical and independent decision-making by ourselves.

This series is a mix of the photographs i took recently. Some of them from the streets of the cities I visited. Another part was taken in the abandoned “Girl House” – the compound of the abandoned girl’s house is an enclave of the Tel Aviv municipality, which was established in 1930 and boarded school for at-risk youth. In 2003, the boarding school closed, abandoned, and additionally heavily vandalized.

So, why I used these images of the abandoned additionally to the photographs from the streets of the AFTER Covid-19 streets? It’s my allegory to the moral death we fallen when rejoiced at our liberation that we survived this long year of the accordion method of governing the country and naive people.
Who remember today this hysterical warning of our PM somewhere in 1 April 2020 about: “If it reinfects, the virus could ‘end humanity,’ Netanyahu reportedly warned MKs” – (“the source”). The neglect, confusion, and stupidity can end humanity – not the invisible virus.

    Good man.

I too refused to comply with tyrants. I hold the position the State and the Media are wrong by default and therefore I can be occasionally surprised when they are right by accident. Fear is their weapon against the people… who have been conditioned to be fearful not question anything.

The real pandemic is the stupidity of the people and their willingness to surrender their sovereignty. But not just their sovereignty: yours and mine as well. This was a sad display; a test the majority of humanity failed utterly.

And thanks for your photos; I enjoy looking at them.

    1. thank you for taking a look and for your point of view that is very.similar. i can talk about this hours. And in my country authorities also used the Covid situation to stay in power and to mess the elections. but seems like the loss this time.

      1. Yeah, it’s been a fairly textbook take over… or rather, “Take Away”. People have been taught their rights come not from God but from the government, and their willingness to fall in line with unlawful edict proves there is very little value of freedom any more.

We are in the beginning of the ‘next’ Dark Ages.

        1. omg. NWO ? from another side who said that we came to the period of evolution that is finished the deformation and already steady and perfect for the humanity ?. It was the only last decade less or more stable with all the social networking progress that made us closer and opened our eyes each on other. But at the background the world he continued to divide to parts by the Empires.

  2. Such a incredible presentations! After 73years of running as boarding school .. your photograph shows us an emotions Anger.. sadness and hope.. Yes so true.
Great ending with the mask on sale! haha it was so hard to get mask back then.
Oh dear that’s history! Great work! again Victor!

    1. Also, I think it’s fitting the mask is pulled up over the eyes of a couple of those dummies.

    1. Freedoms will return when people have learned to appreciate and lust for freedom again. How many centuries will it be?

    1. thank you for taking a look David. I wasn’t familiar with the word FUBAR ;-)))
Now will use it together with the word WORLD ;-). i hope for the better future. Maybe at Mars 😉

  3. Powerful photo documentary work Victor! The worst thing about COVID to me was how it allowed those in power to exploit their power and manipulate people. Great words and images!

    1. thank you Sam for the kind words. You said so right – to manipulate the people, even if to think twice it what most of people are really ok with. Just remember Stalin era, the millions of manipulated, Now they.are talking about him as a great and powerful sample again. And there are meny similarities in entire world. Very sad that we dont learn from our history.

  4. I just came across your site because you liked something on my blog and I found this piece here. What powerful images and words! And I could not agree more. I see such an unholy alliance of politicians grabbing power (as they usually do anyway), a media frenzy and some powerful corporate interests all intersecting together.

But I try to be less pessimistic…the truth, the data…it’s all out there. And there are many people collecting, analyzing, reporting and publishing what they find.

    1. Hey Paul. thank you for taking a look on my posts and for these kind words. Agree with what you said. About the pessimism – we have to stay real, not pessimistic but real and to be ready for any kind of changes of the current situation. Some prefer to watch Netflix and to live by the authorities commands – put it on put it off, take a jab, take another jab but stay at home.
