  1. i experienced a few times how a peaceful demonstration in the name of democracy and human rights turned to be a senseless brutal beating on both police and demonstrator’s sides. once people feel strong within a large group they go wild … some of them at least. that’s bad but happens everywhere. we just had a few such incidents on the 1st of may (labor day) here in germany almost traditionally make this turn every year, starting with a peaceful march of people fighting from laborer’s rights and finally end with burning trash cans and cars, flying stones and bleeding heads. same as in the u.s. during the recent anti racism marches. but anyway how it turns all of these demonstrations start with a good and important sign of many people standing together against the states brutality against emigrants. we probably have to live with that a few make it to a private violece party.

    1. Thank you very much. In some monents i felt like in hell. But the energy around was so good. The adrenaline that i got this night was so powerful.

  2. Beautiful photos and very sad days. Always make me feel very stupid for being a human.
We should have lived in paradise, all of us.

  3. Great shots, but pointless violence. I believe that behavior like this probably creates more racism.
Here’s a video from the scenes that someone upload to YouTube.
