Snapshots from the car – my purposeless photography (part vii).

Just a reminder and an explanation for these who follow my on WordPress (Jetpack) application and due to the bad implementation of the WordPress[.]com and WordPress[.]org you have to click on the “VISIT Photographer’s log for more with the goal to see the whole post not only the featured image and a few words. Every my post is around 8-15 images and some bla-bla less or more connected to the theme of my post.

Believe your eyes—this time you aren’t mistaken. Yes, I’ve been posting day after day, and I plan to release another one tomorrow as well. If i have three days of holiday connected with the weekend, at least i will use this quality time creatively. Right now I’m sitting in my salon and fighting with a hungry mosquito or two, who came for a free food even all the windows are covered with the thin mosquito net. The last years i can name an international mosquito years. There are tons in my village (sure that not only in this specific one but also in the cities). When I go out in the morning to water the plants, they arrive in flocks, like never tried a human blood before. And the interesting detail, their life circle is very short and probably a sip of my blood was and will be the first and last of their lives. They know exactly what to do with me and my skin without and mosquito school or university. Call it whatever – the DNA or instinct – They know perfectly well that they need my blood to reproduce and nothing can stop them. Absolutely nothing. We’ll build stations on Mars faster than we find a way to get rid of these bloodsuckers.

Early this morning i drove my car to the old Jafa port to buy a freshly caught fish for the lunch or dinner with my family. As usual i bought Denis fish, which is absolutely tasty especially prepared with onion, garlic and lemon in aluminum foil. As one, who is having a camera wherever I am, i can describe myself as an “interested party” i spent a hour foe walking and photographing the morning life of the old port. Many fisherman with fishing rods – locals and Chinese foreigner workers. Yep, sounds strange – i saw many Indian workers coming on their electric bicycles to buy fish (the sellers – Arabs guys “originally” call them all by the same name — “India”) but all the fishermen were only Chinese guys. All this suitable (and was photographed) for my ongoing project The life of Foreigners – my photographic reflections. The first image is the moment when the seller cleaned my fishes from scales and other internal inedible parts 🙂

The whole series photographs of this post is my documentary snapshot aesthetic topic Snapshots from the car – my purposeless photography. I just hope that you understand – i wrote “purposeless” ironically – everything has it’s specific purpose, even street photography 🙂
