Sudden shower in TelAviv

Sudden shower in TelAviv

this thursday morning i arrived in the southern TelAviv to sit with a coffee and potentially to meet the stranger for my photo project after this. I managed to find a parking place very close, but the heavy shower started the promenade and in a few minutes the Florentin street where I wanted to stop for a cup of coffee turned into a fast-flowing river stream. I was on the safe side with some very narrow but covered with a roof tunnel between two buildings and decided to wait a few minutes for the happy end. the water flow increased and on my side of the street began to gather pedestrians who also were waiting. i opened my umbrella and started taking pictures of what is happening around me. some of them lost patience ventured to pass the stream ignoring the wet shoes.

the last color photograph was taken in a twenty minutes after the storm’s start.
