market madness – the walk in Bahir Dar Ethiopia trip – part ii

and again – colorful Bahir Dar open-air market. as i said in my first post about this walk – was very hot but dry and nice to go through the maket, full of people, smells, dirt on the ground, armies of umbrellas and tuktuks parked and moved in very chaotic manner giving to know about themselves with a shrill signals.

enjoy the market madness colors :

    1. even the colors is not my fav part of photographs, i think that especially in Africa (probably same in Asia and India) these vibrant colors is an integral part of visuals and life of locals. thank you for the usual kind words !

  1. Great shots! I love markets! I Cannot get enough of them. Every time I travel to another Country the first sight I visit the the biggest local market. There you find the real life of the country. Looking forward to more photos.

    1. Thank you for taking a look. You’re right – you can stay there for the long time and the moments just coming to you endlessly. Last weekend ivisited the Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem. It less then hour of drive for me so I’m going there somethimes when i have this need to feel the chaos. I’ll post the results in a few days.
